REAL ESTATE BROKER EXAM STUDY GROUP
for the February 28 Licensure Examinations
Two modules of 2-day study group/ review for prospective examinees of the Feb 28 Real Estate Broker Licensure Examination. Participants may choose the first or both modules.
TARGET AUDIENCE
This program will be helpful to those who have taken the 120-hour seminar review requirement of the RA 9646 IRR, but still need to brush up, and those whose seminar-review did not give ample chances for drills and exam-taking experiences.
This study group does not replace the 120-hour seminar. No certificate will be provided.
STUDY FORMAT
DAY 1: Participants take a one-day SIMULATED EXAMINATION covering the exam syllabus as released by the PRC. Questions are selected for variety and timeliness to provide a broad examination experience. Papers are scored electronically to identify student testing errors, if any.
The Simulated Examination will be administered STRICTLY using conditions of exam administration similar to those of PRC. This familiarizes the student with the testing environment and reduces testing stress during the actual exam.
DAY 2: Questions are ANSWERED AND DISCUSSED TOGETHER WITH RELATED IDEAS to improve students' understanding of the lessons.
