1. Choose your review program. If your program is available both online or F2F, choose your preference.
2. Read the Terms of Enrollment and Terms and Conditions for Online Classes .
3. If you agree and decide to enroll, download the Undertaking, sign it and, if applicable, have your guardian sign it, too. Scan the signed pages.
4. Pay the fee required. Write your name and program on the proof of payment and make a soft copy of it.
5. Notify us through our notification page. Fill out the form* and attach soft copies of the following:
