PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT

By registering for this seminar, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the collection, processing, and protection of your personal data and session compliance:

1. Personal Information & Data Collection
We collect only the essential data required to process your registration and verify your payment (such as your full name, email address, contact number, and payment confirmation). Your personal information will be handled strictly in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and will never be shared with, sold to, or accessed by third-party entities.

2. Mandatory Attendance & Webcam Compliance
For Online Participants: This session simulates live, professional interview conditions. To maintain the integrity and energy of the room, you are strictly required to keep your webcam turned ON for the duration of the 3-hour seminar.

Monitoring: Your live video feed serves as your digital attendance marker. Participants who deactivate their cameras, obscure their video feeds, or remain completely unresponsive will be automatically disconnected from the session by the technical staff, and their registration fee will be forfeited.

3. Strict Confidentiality of Coaching & Drills
To foster a secure, high-stakes environment where participants can be openly evaluated without hesitation:

Mutual Non-Disclosure: All individual coaching, feedback, and mock interview drills conducted during this seminar—whether face-to-face or online—are strictly confidential.

Participant Obligation: You explicitly agree not to disclose, discuss, or critique the performance, personal backgrounds, or responses of your fellow attendees outside of this seminar room.

4. Session Recording & Intellectual Property
Internal Archiving Only: The session may be recorded by the review center strictly for internal compliance, quality assurance, and security monitoring.

Strict Prohibition on Recording: Participants are absolutely prohibited from recording, capturing, screenshotting, or distributing any part of this seminar (including audio, video, slide materials, and framework discussions).

Enforcement: Any unauthorized recording or distribution constitutes a direct violation of our intellectual property rights and will result in immediate legal action and permanent blacklisting from all future programs.
